Visite guidée du moulin à huile Guiol

Take part in guided tours of the Moulin workshops, retracing the different processes of olive oil production from the origin of the mill to the present day, followed by a tasting.
Since its creation in 1789, the GUIOL Oil Mill has always been in business. Nine generations in the service of the olive tree have proven their attachment to the land and their respect for family values. So that the story does not end there, André GUIOL took over the Mill in 2000, joined some time later by his wife Cathy. In 2004 they gave new impetus to the Mill by creating, in parallel with the traditional workshop, a modern workshop equipped with a continuous chain. Aware of the heritage they have received, André and Cathy combine traditional know-how and the modernity required by European standards, meeting current quality and hygiene criteria.
