The fourth generation of Mouliniers du Vieux Moulin du Partégal, whose services are recognized as QUALITE TOURISME, and its team, offer you a free guided tour of their unique site followed by a tasting of their oils.
During this visit, they will share with you the passion for this profession and the know-how of our elders. You will discover olive oils produced using ancestral methods (artisanal, with an old-fashioned millstone) and those obtained using a new technology process (compliant with European standards "continuous chain") as well as local products. As oenologists test wine, you will learn to recognize the different flavors, aromas, and smells of Provence oils by participating in a blind tasting. During your visit, the labeling codes for oils from mills and industry (supermarkets, supermarkets) will no longer hold any secrets for you.
