In July 2022, cycle touring was in the spotlight at the Tourist Office! Our two locations in La Favière and the village received the national "Accueil Vélo" ( Cyclist Welcome) label . This label recognizes and guarantees a high-quality welcome for touring cyclists along the cycle routes. Our municipality boasts several cycle paths, and we offer routes in the surrounding area to help you discover the region by bike. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or simply want to rent a bike for a few hours, we can meet your cycling needs!
Explore Bormes by bike
Cycling in Bormes begins with the main cycle path. This is a section of the coastal cycle route that crosses a large part of the Var region, stretching 102 kilometers from Toulon to Saint-Raphaël. It follows the old " Train des Pignes " route, from the entrance to Bormes to the neighboring town of Le Lavandou . As its name suggests, this route represents the former path of a railway that ran along the coast . It's a shared cycle path with cars. It's convenient because it allows you to cross Bormes via the Pin district . Our two Tourist Offices are equipped with bicycle repair kits and have bicycle parking right next to them.
