Having fun on the sea

Sailing on an optimist, schooner or other boat, sailboard, paddle or kayak. Throughout the year, find courses, rentals, excursions or private lessons with professionals from sailing club de Bormes. Do you want to try water skiing, or be towed in a buoy? On the large beach of La Faviere In summer, go to the sea wall. From the moment the sea water starts to get warmer, there are sessions ofaerobics and coastal walking take place along the beach. You will also have the possibility to rent boards from paddle boarding or kayaks nearby.
If you are rather a boat motorboat (and you have a boat license!), you can rent one at the port. You also have the option of renting a Jet Ski. And even if you don't have a boat license, you can still go on an expedition. Because at port you will find a departure from ferry for excursions (in French only) at îles d'Hyères, but also at Fort Brégançon or simple sea trips to enjoy the views and the sea spray. And, if you prefer to sail peacefully with the winds, in Bormes you can also enjoy more private sea excursions aboard sailing boats.
Marveling above the sea
At the end of the port of the Faviere, we are fortunate to host a center of parasailing ! This is a "must" of activities to try at least once in your life! You take off from a motorboat, harnessed to a large parachute, often two or three people, letting yourself be carried 50 meters in the air.
