Courses accessible to beginners
From medieval village you can climb a small hill to get to Our Lady of Constance. This small chapel from the 12th century nestled in the Bormes heights faces a amazing views in Bormes and its surroundings. There are two options to go there: either by a winding path in the bush, either in straight line on the side. In any case, it takes about 1h30-2 hours round trip (including time to admire the view, of course!). This one is rather easy, despite the small difference in level. Another possibility, in order to avoid the difference in altitude or to change the landscape, is the hike from Trapan Lake (6km). It is located at the entrance to Bormes and you can park right at its beginning.
Then, for a slightly longer but still easy walk, discover the one on the Dom Forest measuring 17 kilometers. A hike in the heart from the Maures massif.
More difficult courses
If you want to go for a little hike more full-bodied, you will have the choice between two hikes: that of the Bormes Heights measuring 14 kilometers and that of Three Passes also measuring 17 kilometers. The Three Passes trail, which you reach by Our Lady of Constance, takes you through the Caguo Ven, Gratteloup and Landon passes. It is athletic, With a steep slope and it takes 6-7 hours. It is the most difficult in our territory.
Then the path of the Bormes Heights represents a loop starting from the Gratteloup pass, and as its name suggests, travels the Bormes heights then goes back down into the plain. It also takes 6-7 hours.
