Gentle and relaxing, this technique involves stimulating reflex zones on the hands to promote balance, soothe tension, and offer a true moment of relaxation. Accessible to all. Treat yourself to this time for yourself… Your body and mind will thank you.

Appointments are open from July 1st, 2026:
– Wednesday afternoons from 14 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.
– Friday mornings from 9am to 12pm

If the proposed times do not suit you, other time slots may be considered depending on the schedule.
