Bormes les Mimosas welcomes many groups each year who come to discover its village, its coastline and its heritage.
To facilitate your visit, the Tourist Office provides a dedicated space for coach operators and group organizers, centralizing all the essential information for your arrival.
Coach reception: arrival, drop-off and parking
Drop-off zone
Bormes les Mimosas provides coach operators with a single drop-off area to facilitate the arrival of groups in the medieval village.
Located a few minutes' walk from the historic center, near the Saint-François Chapel, this area welcomes groups in a space specially designed for coaches. Dedicated signage guides drivers to the drop-off point and facilitates arrival arrangements on site.
To maintain smooth traffic flow and ensure a safe welcome for visitors, coaches may park in this area for a maximum of 30 minutes. This time slot allows for passenger drop-off and the smooth reorganization of the group's pick-up .
Coach operators must make a prior reservation with the Tourist Office before their arrival.
Parking area
After dropping off passengers, drivers can go to the dedicated parking areas located at the cemetery, about 2 minutes from the drop-off area.
The site currently has 2 spaces reserved for coach parking. Drivers have free access to them.
During peak periods, these locations can quickly become occupied.
If both spaces are occupied, coaches may use the following parking areas:
Parking lot of the Frédéric-Mistral school – 379 rue des Rapugues
Parking is permitted in the "Bus" spaces during school periods in zone B from 08:00 to 15:30 and during school holidays in zone B from 08:00 to 21:00.
For the 2026-2027 school year , the holidays for Zone B are as follows:
- Start of the school year: 01/09/2026
- All Saints' Day holidays: from 17/10/2026 to 02/11/2026
- Christmas holidays: from 19/12/2026 to 04/01/2027
- Winter holidays: from 20/02/2027 to 08/03/2027
- Spring break: from 17/04/2027 to 03/05/2027
- Summer holidays: from 03/07/2027
Parking on Route des Lavandières
This parking area is reserved for coaches whose length is less than or equal to 10 meters.
Parking is prohibited on Tuesdays from 16:00 PM to 07:00 AM and on Wednesdays from 15:00 AM to 00:00 PM.
This car park may also be temporarily unavailable during cultural, sporting or other events organised by the municipality.
