Exposition peinture – Aimée Votta et Martine Foulon

Aimée Votta: Retired from the French National Education system, I have been painting for the association "Voir et faire voir," which became the "Association d'Art Londais" for about twenty years. I have worked with different teachers and have thus been able to evolve and personalize my way of expressing myself.
Painting is for me a hobby that brings me to let go, serenity and allows me to deliver a little of myself in each of my works, hence the title of our exhibition. But it is also rich in exchanges with my painter friends, my teachers and of course the public. I paint in oil or acrylic, depending on the subject: rather oil for landscapes, and rather acrylic or pastel for portraits. I also like drawings: still lifes, portraits. I participate in exhibitions: Pierrefeu, Collobrières, Cuers, la Londe.

Martine Foulon: It's reading the world around me, but also what emerges deep within me and allows me to give form to my emotions. An opportunity, a way to reconnect with myself.
Painting and modeling is coming out of my shell.
Colorful worlds emerged from me spontaneously. Colors have a significant emotional power, and warm tones reflect and evoke all my inner energy.
Painting and modeling are my moments to myself! So I reveal a little bit of myself at each exhibition.
