9:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.: Welcome and presentation of the premises

10 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Sports morning
30-minute “discovery” course, with a participation fee of €5/session

10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Aqua Bike (maximum 5 people)
10:45 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.: Aqua Gym (maximum 8 people)
11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Aqua Step (maximum 5 people)

14 p.m. – 16:30 p.m.: Fun afternoon and aquatic treatments

14 p.m. – 15 p.m.: Presentation of the landscaped pool
