Designed to accommodate 2 people, you will find a modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The pleasant living space has a TV, WIFI and air conditioning. Also enjoy an outdoor space ideal for enjoying breakfast by the pool or an aperitif at the end of the day.
Access to the studio is independent from the back of the house, ensuring optimal accessibility. You can enjoy the guests' swimming pool, which has a platform, although it is not equipped with a water chair.
La Favière beach, 700 m from the house, is easily accessible on foot or by wheelchair via a smooth and secure path. It is supervised in season and equipped with a Tiralo-type water chair. Every morning or at the end of the day, you can go directly to the beach and enjoy the Tiralo, warmly welcomed by the lifeguards at the first aid station.
Nearby you will find shops, restaurants and the charming Provencal market of La Favière, which is held every Saturday morning. All this contributes to making your stay serene and pleasant, by the sea, in a calm and preserved environment.
