Welcome to our brand new and spacious accessible studio apartment, ideally located in Bormes-les-Mimosas in the Var region, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. Just 700 meters from La Favière beach, this accommodation has been entirely designed to welcome people with reduced mobility, with optimal wheelchair access.

A comfortable and fully equipped studio. With a surface area of approximately 40 m², this studio offers all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay for two:
– Full accessibility for people with reduced mobility (parking, pathways, separate entrance)
– Fully equipped modern kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer
– Bathroom and toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility
– Non-slip flooring for your safety
– Bright living space with TV, WIFI and air conditioning
– Terrace / outdoor space for your breakfasts or aperitifs by the pool
Access to the studio is independent via the rear of the house, guaranteeing peace, privacy and ease of movement.

Swimming pool and accessible beaches:
You can enjoy the guests' swimming pool, equipped with an access platform (without a pool lift).
La Favière beach, located 700 m from the house, is:
– Accessible on foot or by wheelchair via a smooth and safe path.
– Monitored during the season
– Equipped with a Tiralo-type beach wheelchair, with a warm welcome from the rescuers at the first aid station, a real pleasure to enjoy the sea in complete autonomy, morning and evening.

– Provençal market in La Favière every Saturday morning
– A calm and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries by the sea
