Shower room with shower with hairdryer and wall heating, WC and window. A living room with kitchen equipped with NESPRESSO coffee makers and 1 filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, croque-monsieur machine, electric mixer, mandolin, pressure cooker, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, a folding wooden table, a RAPIDO high comfort sofa bed with 160 cm bed, a wall-mounted storage unit, television, free WIFI. The apartment has air conditioning.

Environment: everything is within walking distance, shops and restaurants as well as the marina, the Saturday morning and Monday evening markets are nearby.

On the ground floor a private windsurfing closet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and children under two years old. Animals are not accepted.

Possibility of renting sheet and towel kits.

The rate is 500 to 900 euros/week depending on the period. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation as well as two security deposit checks: 1 for 800 euros in the event of damage and 1 for 200 euros for cleaning not done.
