Just 50m from the beach, this bright, tastefully decorated 25m2 apartment, rated ***, offers 2 terraces with views of the Mediterranean, relaxation, comfort and peace guaranteed.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in a small beachfront residence with private beach access. Private parking space.
It comprises a living room opening onto a terrace with a dining area and electric barbecue, and a fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable 160cm Rapido sofa, a folding dining table, and a wall-mounted TV are also included.
A small bedroom opening onto a second terrace, a relaxation area with armchairs and a coffee table, single bunk beds, a wardrobe and a storage cupboard.
A shower room with WC. The apartment has air conditioning and WIFI.
The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children under 2 years old.
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented only upon request 48 hours before the start of your stay and must be paid for upon arrival at the time of the check-in inventory.

The rate is 500 to 900 euros/week depending on the period. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation as well as two security deposit checks: 1 for 800 euros in the event of damage and 1 for 200 euros for cleaning not done.
