For your holidays in all seasons, this comfortable 38 m2 apartment classified as 3* Furnished Tourist Accommodation (ideal for a family of 4 people) + pleasant loggia offers you:
– double air conditioning (bedroom and living room) reversible (summer/winter).
– entrance with storage and wardrobe
– “Mimosa” room with large bed (180 x 200, possibility of separating it into 2 beds 90 x 200), storage and wardrobe, view of the vegetation and the sea
– Bright living room with sofa, large bay window, board games, books, documentation for visiting and discovering the region, table tennis bats, petanque balls. – Equipped kitchen, recent household appliances (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machines, coffee makers, one with pods, the other with filters, kettle, mixer, graters, etc.), ceramic hob and all kitchen utensils.
– Loggia with deckchair and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals and relax, with a clear view of the sea.
