Musée du vêtement provençal

Rehabilitated as a museum of Provençal clothing, the former 18th century oil mill immerses visitors in the past and traditions through the colorful story of a daily life of yesteryear. By appointment only.
Located in a former oil mill that ceased all activity after the terrible frost of 1956 that destroyed a large part of the region's olive trees. More than 200 items of clothing in good condition now make up the permanent exhibition. Women's, men's and children's clothing and everyday accessories are presented. The interior architecture of the mill with its six press vaults, millstones, the kitchen as well as some very beautiful specific pieces (wedding dress, communion outfit, etc.) add additional interest to all the display cases.
