Our brewery has existed since 2017 in the town of Bormes-les-Mimosas, located at the gateway to the Maures massif.
The unique feature of our brewery is the quality of its water, which allows us to brew quality beers in a magnificent setting.
Our production site is located on the Bormes-les-Mimosas plain, a stone's throw from the medieval village.
We produce all our beers there, from recipe design to packaging.
We brew simple and balanced recipes and also a few eccentricities, always respecting brewing know-how.
