Château de Brégançon Cru Classé

It is in one of the most beautiful sites of Bormes les Mimosas and on the seaside that the Château de Brégançon vineyard is located in the Côtes de Provence production area. Since 1816, seven generations have succeeded one another.
[A STORY OF GENERATIONS]

It is in this vast 17th century residence, a former farm of the Marquisate of Brégançon, whose stronghold was the Fort of Brégançon (currently the Presidential Residence), that the TEZENAS Family has, since 1816, taken rigorous care of the cultivation of the vines, the vinification and the maturing of the wines. A Classified Growth since 1955, it extends over a classified site between land and sea facing the Golden Islands. It is one of the references of the “AOP Côtes de Provence” appellation. The château perpetuates and enriches this Classified Growth on a soil mixed with schist and clay, revealing a beautiful aromatic palette, to produce exceptional vintages.
In 2011, under the leadership of Jean-François TEZENAS and his son Olivier TEZENAS, a new wine cellar was built, combining history and modernity through cutting-edge architecture and technology. Today, Olivier TEZENAS continues the development of this exceptional site while respecting the terroir labeled Organic Agriculture. Today, accompanied by his son, Albéric TEZENAS, 8th generation, he passionately creates authentic wines each year, combining elegance and refinement.
