Orchard AOP Olive Oil of Provence. Estate of 19 hectares (4000 olive trees). Production of olive oil at the mill in the respect of tradition and according to methods allowing to obtain a quality label.
Traditional and modern cultivation methods for the production of our oil. Every day, the harvest is taken to the mill to be processed by a "continuous" chain which offers all the guarantees of quality and stability of the product.
As soon as the oil comes out of the press, it is put to rest in a vat and the varieties are mixed according to the desired result: oil with a green fruity character. Tasting and sale on the spot.

A collection of citrus fruits under glass can be visited with Combawa, lime of Tahiti, Mediterranean mandarin, citron ”Buddha’s hand”, yuzzu, pearl lemon etc.
A range of oils obtained from Olives and Citrus fruits as well as a range of citrus jams are waiting for you at the estate shop.
