Since 1998, we have been working with fresh local produce and line-caught fish and we recycle glass, paper, cardboard, cans, capsules, corks and bread. For 7 years we have been asking our customers to throw toilet paper in a separate bin and not in the toilet bowl to avoid further water pollution.
